Does the price include VAT?

– We don’t charge VAT.

What is the delivery charge?

– Standard delivery charge is between £3-£10 depending on the size of the parcel. 

Is the artwork set up included in the price?

– Yes, we’ve decided to make it simple for the customer and the process of digitizing the logo/graphic is included in the final price you see on the product page.

What is your turnaround time?

– We endevour to get your order to you within 5-7 days after you’ve placed your order. For large orders the delivery times will be confirmed with you.

Can I be sure that the embroidery service you provide is of high quality?

– We only use modern, top of the range machinery which produces great results and we are confident that you will receive a high quality product. We also have a very experienced logo/graphic digitizer which transforms your logo into a high quality digitized image for embroidery.

What file types do you accept?

– We accept jpg, png, gif, tiff, jpeg, ai, cdr, psd, bmp, pdf and others.

What if I want the embroidery to appear on a different part of the garment?

– No problem, we haven’t incorporated this functionality into the website yet, but send us an email on info@norulesembroidery.com and we’ll reply with a quote.

What about embroidery on caps and embroidery in larger sizes?

– Again, just email us on info@norulesembroidery.com with your requirements and we’ll quote you for this service. We have hoops to embroider on caps and can do large area embroidery
