We are a family run business which means communication is fast and we try to complete orders as fast as we can also. Our turnaround for medium sized orders is usually 7 days (excluding delivery times). All of the embroideries we produce get checked before they are sent out. Our goal is to produce high quality embroidery on a genuine, durable garment that should serve you years and years to come.
You can send us your logo or a graphic in any format you want: jpg, png, word, psd, cdr, pdf, etc. Good resolution and size is what we are looking for, although we could edit your logo or image free of charge in photoshop or illustrator to make it better. We’ll digitize your logo or graphic, run an embroidery and send you a photo of how it may look like before we start the embroidery on your garments.
After this we complete your order and send it out to you.
